Refund policy for TopupKuy

This policy governs the conditions for submitting a refund and the handling process.

  • Every game top-up that has been credited is final.
  • If the customer enters incorrect login credentials or player ID for a top-up, after the order is submitted, a refund cannot be provided.
  • Top-up bonuses are provided by the game party; a refund cannot be provided if the top-up bonus does not enter your account.
  • TopupKuy is not responsible for gift cards or other digital items that are stolen, lost, or misused without authorization. For the avoidance of doubt, TopupKuy is not obligated to ask or verify at the time of Gift Card redemption whether the Gift Card was obtained legitimately.
  • Any purchase of CD Keys, Gift Cards, Game Points, or Prepaid Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Conditions for a valid refund request

  1. Unauthorized charges on a credit/debit card, PayPal, or other payment method, and your order has not been dispatched.
  2. We are unable to fulfill the order due to stock being sold out or the item no longer being available.
